I like the doctors and staff but the place is dirty, it took three days for the housekeeping to clean poop of the back of a toilet it was disgusting and I told several nurses about it

Getting blood drawn is no big deal for my 21 year old son with autism, but waiting in a crowded, noisy waiting area can cause a meltdown. When my son expressed his concern, Tracy found an empty consult room for us to wait in. Thank you for your kindness Tracy! I wish I had gotten your last name. You set us up for a successful appointment!
