UCSF center for reproductive health overall has many different resources available to them. As far as being patient centered - nope! Such a big institution focuses on patients who have money, whom are ready to begin their procedures /journey. My husband and I noticed so many gaps in our care. For example WE waited months for tests results to be rejected to us. Communication is terrible. I can’t believe that I am going to give this center a poor review, but alas, I must. When you look at all of these reviews, please note that the glowing ones are from years ago. Dr. Crabtree was amazing, but she is no longer there! She was in the clinic full-time. She was replaced by Dr. Timothy West who was in the clinic full-time. He has also left. I love this clinic. Everyone is so helpful.
Can I give more than 5 stars? My 30 year old daughter survived breast cancer twice but will now have to go through chemotherapy. Everyone here was very kind and understanding, especially when explaining everything to her about infertility as a side effect and what her options are and what resources are available. First class center !!!
