Beyond any expectations or hopes. We have been traveling from Nevada to see our team (and I mean ours-- as in family) since we began the care for our daughter in Dec 2014. I would not trust her to anyone else. Even the "worst" experiences we have encountered have been quickly corrected and changed into yet another fabulous experience which strengthens our support in you. Thank you to everyone for everything. The many people who have been involved, no matter what their job roles have been superstars and amazing. <3
Both of my children are patients and both have had surgeries. Today my son had a very hard time with a simple procedure. There was so much amazing support. I truly felt like I had a team behind me. Everyone down to the anesthesiologist played an active roll. Tonight he is resting safe and sound in his own bed. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I cannot thank UCSF and our surgeon enough for the care my daughter received. On 2/1/16 she had major spinal surgery. She was very upset and scared when we went to check in, the child life specialist was so amazing, I cannot thank her enough. Not only did she help my daughter feel more at ease, she helped me as well. Surgery went all day, from about 7:30 AM until about 8 PM. Simply outstanding! From start to finish, this has been such an incredible blessing to have our daughter have her arm surgery (performed by Dr. Diab and staff) at UCSF Benioff. I simply cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the doctors, nurses & staff we encountered and the incredible care she has received throughout. So grateful to be near such an outstanding facility!

After having a difficult labor and having my daughter and my life at risk. We were beyond blessed to get transfer to ucsf. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond. They took well care of us. If it wasnt for them i wouldnt be alive.
My daughter got sick, violently puking at 24 days old and we were flown to UCSF Benioffs childrens hospital from Arcata Ca. Pyloric stenosis. Fatal without surgery. They saved her life! Thank you to all the staff for keeping a smile and positive attitude while offering encouragement! You are heros and you made a very stressful and terrifying experience a little easier to get through! Thank you with all of my heart for saving her! Saphyre Anora Grace Payne.
