This hospital and staff were amazing with our little one.
Dr Copp (and Dr Walker) and everyone on the 5th floor was so nice and helpful! Glad to know we are in such good loving hands! And the nurse Amanda (behind the airplane door) was such a sweetie! She deserves a high five!
I always thought highly of UCSF since my daughter is a patient there. But this time I was the patient. When no other local hospital was able to provide services for me and my unborn UCSF was there. They exceed my expectations more than 100%. I want to thank first the ICU floor. Dr. Vasquez, my nurses Mary and Lara you are the greatest! The most respectable, caring & knowledgeable people where you can bring your child for any treatment needed. And it's not just the doctors & nurses that carry the 3 mentioned adjectives. It shows from room cleaners, security, linen guy, room audio/visual tech, transport, etc.... It's a big change I've noticed from me going to UCSF Parnasus to taking my children to UCSF 4th Street the difference in making a child feel comfortable in the most positive ways.
