Don't have complaints about the doctors and nurses but the front desk system is an absolute mess. They send you like four messages the week before telling you to complete the online check-in then provide absolutely no information about what you're supposed to do once you get there. Apparently you need to check in again even though there's an online check-in procedure, but no one at the front desk said anything about this and I ended up waiting like an idiot for 30 minutes before someone in group 2 telling me they moved the d... read more
So the phlebotomist bursted my veins
My PCP and NP were great and very helpful. However the staff... I had a pretty serious surgery at a different hospital and needed pre-op clearance. They 1. Lost the faxes they were sent (twice) 2. Did not send in my lab work in full or on time, even after lots of reminders and phone calls. 3. What they did send wasn't signed. All told, it was a solid half-week of desperately forcing them to fix stuff; it almost lost me a surgery that I'd been waiting for for 8 months.
SHS has been wonderful to me. Particularly the front desk associates, who are kind and helpful, as well as the providers I’ve seen thus far. Nurses Maria and Ashley were a joy to interact with, and Dr. Celeste was kind and informative. In my experience, when respecting the times of appointments, downloading MyChart, and reading all the instructions they give carefully, their system works adequately and they have a lot of help to offer.
worst place ever never helped or being efficient wiredly closed and not informed useless doctors with bad treatment and attitude
