absolutely terrible to schedule with, this is the worst health system ive ever navigated. insensitive staff with little obligation for care, poor scheduling organization, and are understaffed. i would love to go anywhere else but pain management is limited elsewhere so you get what you get.
Update: if you write a negative review, it will be suggested that you call Patient Experience. Good luck. You can leave a message that will be forwarded to someone who may or may not call you back. On to my review.... 5 stars for Dr. Chang and Eva, but overall 1 star (should be 0) for the scheduling process. I have been waiting for days for a callback for my spinal injection. No one calls back. The physicians are very caring and competent, but the staff are the opposite. So far they have made 6 mistakes in my foot orthotic prescription, sending two left feet(?!), sending the wrong code, sending the prescription twice to the wrong clinic, sending only 1 foot again, sending the wrong foot, and it is still not finished. It has now been 6-8 weeks of calling back and forth with the pain clinic and the foot orthotic clinic, and still they are unable to complete the order correctly.
