Even if the doctors are good for diagnostics, a LOT of damage is done by assistants who chart things wrong and a wildly incompetent front desk. Why is the resident calling me too to ask how to do their job when confronting insurance?
The concept of customer service here is right up there with the IRS, American Airlines, and other organizations that don't give a damn!
Was there today! Got excellent attention by everyone from front desk to nurse and Doctor Halter and team.
Injections procedures pushed with no pain relief, one lower leg Botox injections for foot not pain .pain never addressed, not heard, Dr talks down unless a new student is there . He made promises he didn't intend to keep. Call refill no reply no refill . Thrown into withdrawals and not given option or alternative. Chart not correct and I found out it shows im prescribed and take meds I don't 4 Drs appt and none would take as a patient. They all looked at my chart that isn't updated from April .
