He made promises he didn't intend to keep. Call refill no reply no refill . Thrown into withdrawals and not given option or alternative. Chart not correct and I found out it shows im prescribed and take meds I don't 4 Drs appt and none would take as a patient. They all looked at my chart that isn't updated from April .
