Maribel Franco is the rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. I was given her name and number by covered California to have her help me with getting health insurance here since I just moved here and was unable to do it online. This hospital very ruthless. My mom was admired here. She had cancer and a lot of complication. But nomatter what situation was thrown at her she survived. The doctors in this hospital more 10 times tried to tell us to focus on comfort instead of treating her even though we told them that’s not what she wants. They still ignored us and avoid doing the things that could help my mom.
