Clinical staff is lovely, everything else is beyond unprofessional. From submitting prior authorization for incorrect prescriptions, to taking multiple business days to read a single fax, trying to get my medication has been like pulling teeth. Have been trying to get a medication approved by my insurance for almost a month. Both insurance and pharmacy have been waiting for Dr.'s office to send information. A nurse got me on the phone for 13 minutes, then charged me $400+ for a ">30 minute meeting". I ended up never going to my appointment because the phone call really demotivated me and I did not really trust the person I spoke to, and now I have a $400+ bill for 13 minutes of scheduling an appointment. Ridiculous Prior to this, it took UHC about 4 months to get a referral, and then another 1-2 months to get a phone appointment from the place.
