I am very lucky having chosen West Hartford Dental as my family dentist. Dr. Yin is very professional and considerate.
I felt very comfortable visiting with my kids during their annual cleaning. We had the office to ourselves during our appointment. You just call when you arrive and they will let you know when it’s your time to enter the office. I have 2 children and between their visits the area was thoroughly cleaned.
I hated going to the dentist as I was traumatized as a kid at another dentist. However I started going to West Hartford dental in 2008 and I explained what happened to me. They are so gentle with me and make me feel really comfortable. I had a few experiences before settling here and this is the best by far. Clean and no long wait. The staff is very friendly. Love West Hartford dental.
I have been with Dr Yin for a few years now. I appreciate her work and patience. She explains a process and offers options even if it's not with her practice. The staff is friendly and welcoming and easy to talk to.
