I am not understanding all the negative review. I have had nothing but amazing service at this clinic. The front staff is kind and welcoming. Apart from my first visit where I wasn’t offered anesthesia it has been nothing but a great experience to me (or at least as good as it gets giving the circumstances) The nurses are always great and so are the technicians. We are new to the Los Angeles area and just two weeks after we moved in, I found out I was pregnant. A doctor in this practice was highly recommended to me by a few moms in the area so I immediately called and made an appointment for my first ultrasound. This is my second child but my first pregnancy in California. State to stay there a few differences in how early they want to see you and when I asked a question about that, the person booking my appointment scoffed like I had just asked the dumbest question in the world. The visit was fast and the doctor was communicative about my health. My problem with UCLA Health as a whole is that they are charging my insurance for a different office visit compared to what they explicitly told me during my visit. I have now been back and forth the past month arguing my case and not being heard. What should have been fully covered by insurance was instead charged as $800, for them to lower it to $500. I would never recommend going here as they are not trust worthy and are not transparent on billing.

Horrible experience!! And horrible, dirty office. Had a D&C under full anesthesia and WITH ULTRASOUND guidance. They refused to track my hcg back to zero, which is pretty routine. I contacted the office when I was still testing positive for weeks and weeks after the D&C procedure, and on the video call they assured me everything is fine and normal. Then I started bleeding again for 12 days, and at 8+ weeks post D&C, I returned for an ultrasound and had RPOC. (I had to have two painful transvaginal ultrasounds in the same app... read more
