Dr. Rose is so knowledgeable, warm and kind. She takes the time to answer all of our questions and makes us feel heard and comfortable at every visit. My husband and I really appreciate her thoughtful care- I have had many questions especially with this being my first pregnancy. Her approachable manner makes it easy to bring up concerns. I’m so grateful to have her as my OB and would highly recommend her.
I came here for my prenatal and postpartum care with my first baby, and I’m so happy I chose this team to care for both me and my baby. Dr. Lee and Dr. Pluym were amazing throughout my care, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better doctors. If I’m blessed to have another baby in the future, I would absolutely want to receive my care here again with them. They’re the best!
Very disappointing experience with Dr. Ganti. My original appointment with another doctor was cancelled by the office and rescheduled with her. After the visit, I was told my work note would be at the front desk, but staff sent me back and forth between the doctor, front desk, and portal. Nothing was there. Ganti’s after-visit notes also contained incorrect information. My fertility referral had no provider name or contact information, only a general UCLA OBGYN number. I’m completely fed up with UCLA’s billing practices. For years, I’ve received surprise bills after preventive care for extra services I never knowingly consented to or expected to be charged for. This latest charge was the last straw: $97 for a simple message through UCLA’s website following my mammogram, asking whether I needed additional imaging after receiving a letter about dense breast tissue.
