After having an abnormal MRI showing a possible pituitary lesion and a 1 cm pineal cyst flattening my superior colliculus, I just wanted to be evaluated by a neurosurgeon to see if it was related to my symptoms (double vision, headaches, vomiting, and vision loss). UCLA DOES NOT TREAT TETHERED CORD I have tethered spine occulta and spina bifida occulta. It cannot be seen via routine imaging and is diagnosed by urodynamics and bowel testing. It has been de-tethered once and was transferred to UCLA Spine for a consult to discuss 2nd tethering.
