Dr. Siani's office is incredibly difficult to communicate with. They don't respond to messages on Ichart, don't respond to urgent messages left for doctors and don't listen to you. The staff tries to get you off the phone, promises to call you back and doesn't. I've been trying to get a prescription issue resolved for 4 months, and the staff still gives me the run around. Incredibly disappointing.
They are non responsive. Trying to get into a scleroderma center. A form was missing and they did not send it despite the center asking multiple times. My dad called and then a week later called again and then the sent them. Then the center asked for clinical notes three times and the office hasn't sent them. This scleroderma center has a three/four month waiting list and it's been a month now because the office isn't doing its job.
I had a thorough initial visit with Dr Grisales. She was patient and insightful. I have a lot of confidence in her.
