Charged $864 for a 15 minute appointment where the doctor told me that everything is ok and to come back in 6 weeks if my foot is still bothering me. I requested for them to check that the billing was correct and they said they will submit it for review. A few weeks later I am told that my bill is on the verge of being sent to collections.
They charged $850 for 15 minutes of a conversation with a doctor that was rushing out the door
Today podiatry open late according to a email yesterday open 8am and doors unlocked after 8:16am. Even another patient waiting for her appointment at 8:15am and doctors say arrive 15 mins early. How is that good service when you not giving the correct time the office opens and makes patients life harder to get to do own commitments. Apparently ucla is #1 but today they failed for customer service
Doctor might as well be a snake oil salesman. He pushed for 20x more expensive “custom fit” orthotics with the promise that they would be far superior yet that aren’t covered by insurance and require another return visit just to pick up …only to discover they look and fit just like the generic OTC ones you can buy on Amazon for a fraction of the price.
