I have dealt with several hiccups with UCLA Health over the years, but I am ending all ties especially with UCLA Health and would urge others to do the same if they want to receive safe, timely, quality care and not risk expensive corrective procedures. I was curious about cosmetic plastic surgery prices and sent them an email asking for a price range to see if it was affordable. I view this as a normal request--they are selling a service and I am a potential buyer of that service. Strangely --and unlike any other plastic surgeon in Los Angeles--they want you to PAY for a consultation before they will reveal prices, which is such a scam! DONT FALL FOR IT
Rude customer service
During my visit at this clinic medical center I'm very disappointed about Doctor w ozaki he is rude an very negative environment I didn't feel welcoming during my visit at this place seems like he doesn't enjoy doing his job or he don't like transgender people not sure about it just saying my impressions before my visit I was told by a friend that he's like that, unprofessional and rude and better looking to another place to have my surgery .
