Ineffective and weird doctor. I saw Dr Porchellini when I had a very bad rosacea attack. I had pustules and pimples, some oozing bloody drainage on all over my face, within a half inch of my eye. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
Love the doctors and staff but the examination rooms need a major upgrade. Its close to where i live & Dr’s truly are top notch & referrals too. I don’t mind waiting since i prefer drs who don’t rush their patients. 5 stars for drs & staff & 2 stars for facility & over booking. I’ve been a patient here for 22 years & since ucla took over it seems dr’s were rushed more & facilities not upgraded. But the newer ucla mp facility in Calabasas is top shelf. Hopefully wshc gets upgraded to 21st century standards

Nevertheless, just like everyone, I waited the two months for my primary c... read more
The most unorganized doctors office I’ve ever been to. The doctor I saw was fine, but you have to jump through flaming hoops to get an appointment and even when you show up, half the time they have no clue what’s going on and you’ll end up waiting for a long time.
