I wish I had read the reviews before scheduling here. I waited nearly two months for an appointment because I was told this provider specialized in Thoracic Outlet Syndrome. After driving a long distance to be seen, my experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The communication and billing process were confusing and frustrating. Felt very rushed - the 15-minute appointment policy makes you feel like you're just a number. Dr. Caroline Opene was professional but unfortunately cold throughout the appointment and left without asking if I had any questions. I hope UCLA Health considers modifying this 15-minute policy - it doesn't enable doctors to give patients the time and attention needed.
Dr. Singh was very detailed and thorough. All the doctors in UCLA are great but I'm glad that it was Dr. Singh who attended to me last Friday. His expertise matched with the concern I had out of a very bad fall. He's amazing! And kudos also to Rogelio and the x-ray tech who all helped me. You guys are the best!
The office cancelled my appointment when I called to give them a heads up that I may be 10 minutes late due to the road being closed in front of the clinic. I wasn't late at that point but they still said they were going to cancel. I have multiple chronic illnesses that I need regular care for, and the doctor I was going to see can be difficult to get an appointment with, so I tried to go in anyway..
