Since attending here, this hospital has great staff.. was admitted for 2 months. And staff made me feel like I was home..
I love UCLA because they save little kids like my daughter Tiffany !!
AVOID UCLA if you can. Their billing department sucks and will leech you of every ounce and their doctors are doing bare minimum and are inattentive. Don't respond to messages. Rush you through appointments. RESPONDING to their GENERIC message: i dont need to waste my time filling out another generic feedback form. Unless you can offer a phone number where someone will ACTUALLY help, please don't waste my time and send a generic respond to kake yourselves "look" good.
Horrible experience with reception staff. Nobody listens and then they repeat information to you that’s incorrect because they weren’t listening. So much attitude.
