Appointment at 10 AM. Checked in at 9:55 AM. Waited for 30 minutes but haven’t been seen by a doctor. Every single time.
Came for a general check up and the doctor recommend I have a growth frozen. The doctor did not disclose the cost of the very minor procedure and it was performed by a medical student who struggled to use the freeze gun. Also, The procedure did not resolve the issue. Then, my insurance was charged $650. I could have performed something very similar using items bought over the counter for less than $20. Dr. Delila Foulad is my Dermatologist. She is a very knowledgeable, professional, caring, and friendly doctor. Her calm demeaner makes me comfortable and stress-free during the entire visit. She always listens to my concerns and explains everything in detail and provides clear options. Her staff is very friendly and courteous.
