I would have rated zero if I could. This was the 2nd visit with my mom. The first visit was running 30 minutes late but we waited. I asked that they schedule her next appointment for fist thing in the morning (today). Ran late again - I asked why. They said am emergency. Really? A Otolaryngology emergency?
