I have visited this urgent care clinic twice now. Waiting time was minimal. And now I don’t mind driving 20 miles to get there. Very good medical care provided, all the staff is friendly, and facility is new and maintained. Free validated parking is provided. Recommended.
I think there is a reason they disallowed reviews on the main UCI Health listing. The quality of care and service at UCI Health has absolutely plummeted over the past two years. This may coincide with UCI Health's transformation into a vehicle to fund the main campus. It seems like corners are being cut in every single aspect of the operation, perhaps in order to make up for state university funding shortfalls. HORRIBLE. I used to not understand the poor reviews. I now understand that all the poor reviews probably come from the incredibly rude person working in the front desk on 12/6 3-4pm PT. The person here during the week is competent and manages wait times reasonably. Today, I got an incredible attitude from the person working the front desk. I waited for more than an hour with no ETA then all I needed was a cough syrup refill of which they gave me the incorrect amount when I was here two weeks earlier.
