Was traveling for business and started to experience vertigo for the very first time. Went to the ER and seen within five minutes of arriving. Angel, Nurse Phil and Dr. G were amazing. They explained everything before they did all the testing and were able to provide me with a full conclusion of what had occurred what needed to be done and what my next steps were after leaving. If you were looking for immediate care, I recommend going to UCI health urgent care
This place is literally a money trap! They call themselves urgent care but they bill you ridiculous prices with hidden fees and facility fees, same as what an emergency room would bill you. Their billing department is super aggressive when I call and talk to them as well, talking like it’s my fault for coming in the place. Might as well label themselves emergency, not urgent care! What a joke!
Edit: This is to reply to their message: I did and you are indeed charging me hospital price for a simple cold/flu test! No one deserved to be maliciously played like this! Beware people! I really wanted to rate this place better because the doctor was nice. But the after math experience with billing was just despicable! I really wanted to rate this place better because the doctor was nice. But the after math experience with billing was just terrible! After going here under the impression this is URGENT CARE, they gave me a bill with the price of HOSPITAL. The bill even said this is hospital price! And that’s how I got charged facility fee (180$) on top of office visit fee and over 600$ for a simple flu/covid test. This is an over price “urgent care” charging you at hospital price, you may feel better physically but not financially!
