The scheduler Angie make an excellent services for my Special ultrasound appointment. She has wonderful services as well as I had spoken to her 2-3 times at 1-2 months ago. She's very kind and very nice to meet her answers 😊
Representatives who make appointments were very rude and Lazy. I requested appointment calls because no one picked up the phone. They pretend to call me, when I picked up, they hung up on me twice. I keep calling, finally someone picked up the phone, was very rude and discriminated. I called another one, who was rude also. The representative made me feel like I am a waisted of her time .
After being referred there by my other gastrointestinal doctor I am very disappointed. I felt very dismissed at my first appointment and unheard. My follow up appointment was canceled because my doctor forgot to put in my referral until the day before after waiting months. My next appointment I scheduled a telehealth and they never called and again I pushed out over a month to be seen. I decided to go elsewhere so I could actually be listen to and be seen without another cancelation or no show phone call. This place is very ... read more
They never returned my calls for a colonscopy appointment. They keep telling me "we will call you back to schedule a colonscopy." This was daily for almost 2 weeks! I recommend going elsewhere if this is how they treat new patients.
