This has to be one of the most awful offices I have had the displeasure of trying to speak to, when they pick up your call and not hang up in your face the front desk staff is completely dismissive and seems like they hate that you called in the first place. They give you the run around asking for referrals and authorizations that have already been faxed over and confirmed by other front desk staff, I don’t know whether the other staff just threw away the referral/authorization but it shouldn’t be this hard to make an appoin... read more

Good luck getting an appointment. A week of phone tag and at one point they stopped calling me even after leaving 2 voicemails asking for a call back. Matter of fact, no one answers the phone, they transferred me to the appointment line and it goes right to voicemail. Every. Single. Time. It’s as if they don’t want me to make an appointment. Extremely disappointed, waste of time. Do better.

The scheduler Angie make an excellent services for my Special ultrasound appointment. She has wonderful services as well as I had spoken to her 2-3 times at 1-2 months ago. She's very kind and very nice to meet her answers 😊

Representatives who make appointments were very rude and Lazy. I requested appointment calls because no one picked up the phone. They pretend to call me, when I picked up, they hung up on me twice. I keep calling, finally someone picked up the phone, was very rude and discriminated. I called another one, who was rude also. The representative made me feel like I am a waisted of her time .
