My fiance treated me to Uchiko for my birthday dinner. The flavor and freshness of the menu were very impressive! I've had sushi from Seattle to Sarasota and this was the best by far. Even our least favorite item (a fried chicken dish with pickled beets) was top notch. The beef tongue, sushi style was a revelation. Yes, it's pricey. Yes, the portions are not large. Excellent food. Good atmosphere. A little expensive but nice place to go for special occasions.
Eating here is an experience! The food is beautifully constructed, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and the food is cooked to perfection. Every time I dine here I leave inspired!
