Since moving from Chicago 6 years ago, there is no other hospital system we'll use but UC Health! Every time we've needed healthcare, we've received excellent service and the highest-quality care! This is our go-to, and we're very happy with our care here. There's no other healthcare system or hospital I would choose but UC Health!
Carly Woodruff is a great provider. She was very professional and listened to all my concerns.
If you go here for urgent care make sure you know how to advocate for yourself. I have had great experiences here but I know how to advocate for myself. My son who is still learning how to navigate appointment on his own has had his concerns dismissed numerous times and he doesn't feel comfortable to speak up for himself. The staff was respectful and friendly. I did make an appt to be seen and didn’t have to wait long. Highly recommend
My primary care doctor located at this location is absolutely amazing, however, some of nurse practitioners that provide care at Urgent Care are completely different. I have been to this location multiple and will no longer return. Today the provider did not listen to me nor did she use my previous medical history to properly treat me.
