My primary care doctor located at this location is absolutely amazing, however, some of nurse practitioners that provide care at Urgent Care are completely different. I have been to this location multiple and will no longer return. Today the provider did not listen to me nor did she use my previous medical history to properly treat me. The provider at urgent care wouldn’t even touch me or do any sort of examination despite coming in sick. I understand not wanting to get sick themselves, but this is the career you chose. Poor quality care.
I got in immediately, was seen by Dominic who was so kind and welcoming. I got questions answered right away. Dominic explained things in terms I could easily understand. I was in and out in a short time.
