I got in immediately, was seen by Dominic who was so kind and welcoming. I got questions answered right away. Dominic explained things in terms I could easily understand. I was in and out in a short time.
This place seems a few years away from a major malpractice lawsuit. Very rude NPs who are condescending and arrogant. I won’t get into specifics, but their staff seems ill equipped to do their jobs, both as a matter of demeanor and competency. Unless they have a total staff overhaul, I will not be going to this place again. Very, very disappointing. Please avoid if you want good care.
We have our regular primary care doctor at the doctor’s office that shares the same building and we LOVE her and have not had a bad experience there…. Super bummed we can’t say the same for the urgent care. My husband has had to go in to the urgent care twice now. The first time the urgent care didn’t do the proper protocol to give him a chest xray which resulted in us going to the ER later that same night.
