Providers are kind and do a good job. They are often way understaffed but not a big facility to begin with.
First visit was good but followup call was not. Third time - I did a telemedicine call today with them because I really didn't have any other options and the nurse that helped me was much much much more helpful. Back to one star. After my bad Urgent care followup call I'm now being charged for a "specialist" doctor instead of an urgent care telehealth doctor call which raised copay from 50.00 to 80.00. I did not place a specialist call and I really don't care what the doctor that did my call is "listed" as. I called billing ... read more

Professional and knowledgeable staff
I paid 55.for Mr Cory parks to tell me I ONLY have a cold!! I’m in my mid 60’s and know my body, knowing I need an antibiotic for bronchitis. He insisted what I have is a virus, which I have an absolutely horrible cough. He listened to my lungs and told me I didn’t have good air movement 🙄 I told him I feel like I’m suffocating and having a hard time breathing!
