Because we are in a health care setting, masks are still required in all facilities. Thank you for helping keep our patients and staff safe.

Get directionswonderful staff, excellent service
Had a hip replacement sept.31, and received excellent care at this facility. the staff on the ortho floor were so professional and personable, I was confident with my care. From first check into dismissal I was well versed as to was was going on. I have no complaints at all with my stay. Housekeeping personnel all the way up to charge nurse made me feel at ease. I felt that all genuinely cared for my well being and comfort. The selection offered from food service was very tasteful and timely. My physical therapists were so r... read more
From ER to the Neuro unit,to the rehab unit, ALL the staff were very nice, understanding, and attentive. I was there about 6 weeks and my experience was very positive.
Let our doctors, who know us, care for us as opposed to your cold impersonal "hospitalists" who prescribe drugs we're allergic to, gloss over major issues and send people home to soon. This hospital is a ghost of the great institution it used to be before UC Health homogenized everything and turned it into a cattle turnstile of horrors.
Their staff focuses only on their charts, and never on what the patient is telling them. In fact, I had a cardiologist IGNORE a life threatening lung issue because he was only interested in my pacemaker, the Big Ticket item. I changed to Banner Health and was hospitalized for a lung abscess , which UC Health would have suspected, but ignored. Their relationship with the State Government is an unholy one, and nearly cost me my life. UC Health, fooling all of Colorado.
I'd give them no stars if I could. My adult daughter died in an ambulance on I-25 on the way to Denver for surgery. She was diverted to UC Health where she arrived DOA and was pronounced dead there . So they had to do very little to nothing with her. Her body was there for maybe four days before being released to us. Not to mention how poorly they received us when we came to their ER to recieve the news that she passed. To add insult to injury, what do these idiots do? They send her a bill for 6 thousand dollars. While tending to my fathers medical needs was adequate the front desk coordinator in the ER didn’t know if I would be “allowed” to use the more comfortable and semi private family waiting room to pump for my 5 mo old baby. She suggested I just pump in the common waiting room next to the chilling automatic doors opening, the guy with a cut hand & bleeding and a guy who literally could not quit puking. Unsatisfactory for sure.
