This is my wifes second extended stay at PVH. We have had a good experience as far as the doctors and nurses go so thats good. However this time construction is being done on the floor directly under her room. Very loud remodeling that literally shakes the room starting at 6:30 am. My wife is struggling to get the rest she so desperately needs. I asked to be moved to another room with less noise but have not yet been accommodated. We've tried for over a month to get a copy of an MRI for my elderly mother. We've received NO response to date, while my mother tolerates the incredible amount of pain she's in because she needs the MRI in order for a pain doctor to treat her. Ridiculous.
