This place will bill you through CU medicine and NOT UChealth even though it’s a UChealth facility. They have CU providers at this place and if you are on any sort of financial assistance through UChealth AVOID THIS PLACE BECAUSE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU THROUGH CU MEDICINE! It’s pretty shady considering the whole place is covered in UChealth stuff then they hide how they bill people.
I can’t say my experience here was all that great. As far as the facility goes it was clean and great. I love UCHealth in general I had gone to the women’s clinic after I found that I was 5 weeks pregnant and started to bleed. The got me in sooner and mind you this is my first time, I’m scared, and nervous and have a lot of questions and emotions. The nurse Toby was AMAZING and sweet when I called. Staffing sucks
I first was introduced to this facility in January 2024. I was newly pregnant, just moved here and experienced some bleeding. I called, and they refused to get me in, telling me to go to the ER, which is ridiculous! Our daughter was born in August after we found an amazing doctor in Fort Collins. Our first pediatric appointment was with Dr. Kolenz since Dr. Peterson (who was the pediatrician for my step kids) was unavailable. She is extremely rude and unprofessional.
