I was honestly shocked by how rude and unprofessional the medical assistant was during my appointment. Her name was Betty. From the moment she came in, she acted irritated and inconvenienced that she even had to interact with patients or colleagues. Taking my vitals seemed like a burden to her, and her attitude make the entire visit uncomfortable. What was even more concerning was overhearing the way she talked to and about her coworkers.
