We went there today because my son broke his hand and it was very noticeable. He spent 10 min in the waiting room and 30 min in the room. After 40 mins and seeing 4 nurses standing around at the nurses station I asked them if they could just give him a pain pill and the nurses said they couldn't do anything and we had to wait on the doctor. Come to find out there was only one doctor and she was terrible. We decided to get up and go to St Francis's hospital and they got us in and X-ray within 15 min.
Love it, amazing nurses staff. I felt like family took care of me.
Very functional and comfortable waiting room - not that we spent much time in it. We were greated with friendly faces from the moment we walked into the ER until we left. I am so glad I remembered this hospital before going to another place. We would have been waiting so much longer than we did, especially on a Friday night.
They did not help me at all with my allergy and asthma problems. The only thing that helped was there air air-conditioning since it is allergy free air. I told them help me, give me a shot or something. I received NO meds while i was there. They did not help me. Within an hour of leaving I almost had to go to the emergency room again!. But I'm talking about the location at Woodmen. Doctor Chris Matthew I believe was the name. The only real thing I got from UC Health was a bill. This facility is amazing and a godsend for our community!!! Thai will be the only hospital that I will use from now on!!! Staff is great!! Very clean! Just an amazing experience!
