While the service was very good, I never would have agreed to the amount charged, had I known what it was in advance. I had a terrible sinus infection and thought I could just go to the "urgent care" as my doc's office was closed for the next four days. My bill is almost as much as I paid to be treated for appendicitis in the past, and I was only seen for 15 minutes at this visit. The charges are about 3 times fair and customary, and they won't discuss it with you. Next time, I will suck it up and wait.
My 4yr daughter was complaining of stomach pains, so I looked up the closest er and found this place with great reviews. Upon entering, we found no other patients and greeted kindly. They took my daughter back immediately and treated her with love and care. I would like to thank the staff or their kindness and generosity. You made this scary ordeal a wonderful experience. Thank you so much! !
I had the best experience with this "urgent care"! The physician answered all of my questions and provided me with detailed explanations and reason with the medical issue I was having. I virtually had no wait time and after visiting their clinic received follow up correspondence checking in on me. As a healthcare professional I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I also am very happy with the location convince as I live in the foothills and have limited medical access/care.
Took daughter for xray of ankle. We were in and out in a flash. No break just a sprain. Would definitely recommend this ER - everyone was very helpful and friendly.
If can have a good experience in an ER you will get it here, quick friendly experienced staff.
We had the best experience at this ER. It was late on a Saturday with no other doctors office's open. I didn't want to go to an over crowded ER and wait for hours. They had us back in a room before we could even finish the paper work! The ER was super clean, and the staff was so friendly. We were in and out in under 30 minutes and got amazing care. This will be our ER of choice from now on.

I went in because I was dizzy and nauseous... I was seen quickly by a great staff and was walked thru every step clearly but not rushed .. you guys are amazing ill defidently come back . Hopefully not to soon..
