My mother is from Brazil and she is visiting us. Unfortunately she felt bad in the beginning of the month with vertigo symptoms, and again today with a more serious problem, her heart rate was over 190 BPM. Both times everybody - from reception to nurses and doctors - was very nice,checked her in fast, and took care of her very well. I hope I won't need to take my mom back there, but if she needs or anybody else from my family needs, I will take them there for sure! Thanks a lot for all the people that took care of my mom!
We were on a family vacation when both of our girls got strep throat. My oldest daughter had a reaction to the antibiotics and the urgent care we had gone to earlier in the day was closed. I called First Choice in Littleton, told them our issue and they said we needed to come in. Everyone from the person on the phone, to everyone we came in contact with at the ER was fantastic. I usually go to an urgent care but felt drawn to be treated by the new First Choice ER off Bowles and C470 and boy was I glad I went there. The problem I went in for was quickly treated, the staff treated me like a family member, they went out of their way to make me comfortable, they went the extra mile in giving me information about dealing with my medical problems and most of all, they got me on the road to recovery and feeling better. Went in with my husband, who was having complications after surgery. Vicki, the attending nurse, who was just filling in and Lauren, the doctor that helped us were amazing. The nice girl at the front (I didn't get her name!) She was awesome also. Just what we needed during a very painful evening.
