Last year we went here for an emergency. I specially asked the lady who checked us in if “they take Humana insurance “ . She readily answered “Yes”. The problem- they take it - but out of Network. Such a scam. Now I’m stuck with a $4000 bill because they deliberately lied about insurance. The billing department said she had heard this before and they are Not allowed to make any adjustments!! Company rules. What a scam!!!!
I got seen really fast and nurses and doctors are very nice!!
Dr. Lauren Grossman was horrible, rude and did nothing to help me. This place is a waste of time and money.
This place was great. I walked in and within 5 minutes I was brought back and helped. The women at the desk was very nice and welcoming. The doctor was fantastic, she was kind and patient and made sure she exhausted all methods in removing something from under my eyelid. They didn't make.me feel ashamed for coming there for something as little as something stuck in my eye. In and out in 45 minutes and i am able to open my eye again! Thank you!!
I choose this location because my husband has been having chemo treatments at the University of Colorado Ashultz campus. The biggest bonus was they had all access to records. The Dr. was very cautious, he read all records and asked many questions to make sure he had the correct understanding of what his treatments entailed. The correct tests were done followed by an ambulance ride to the hospital. I'm sure the bill will be outrageous as with every bill we have encountered during these cancer treatments. This place will rob you blind! My husband was in and out of this facility in 30 minutes couple weeks later we got the bill over $6,000! How in the world can they charge that much? I will never ever go here again and will tell everyone I know not to go either!!
