Very happy with our experience at First Choice Emergency Room. Had to take my son here for croup and they got us in right away and took great care of us. The visit was way better than the average emergency room trip. I would recommend First Choice to anyone who needs medical assistance.
Great service clean and fast
First time every being at this location, nothing but excellent service while being here! We walked in and we were attended right away! The place was very clean, the whole staff was extremely helpful. Dr. Sturtevant got me in and out of there in less than an hour feeling better! Surely to come back !!
First Choice ER on Powers BLVD is amazing. Unfortunately with 2 children we've been there more than once. They are fast, compassionate and extremely knowledgable. Love them!
My husband was very well taken care of and the overall care was superb.
THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. NO WAIT TIME AT ALL. THE DOCTOR CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO SEE HOW I WAS DOING. IF NEED BE WILL VISIT AGAIN. VERY SATISFIED
ABSOLUTELY can not say enough about this facility!! It was clean, we were seen promptly and the staff was amazing!! My son was having a hard time breathing, everyone was attentive, caring and made us feel so comfortable. We left feeling much better and with all our questions answered. Thank you Dr. Marmon and staff!
The staff was very friendly and kept me informed on all procedures that they were doing, and any wait times. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The major problem I had was a month later when the bill arrived, please be aware that they charge $1357.00 just to been seen, another $92 to have your vitals checked, unless you just can not find a after hours clinic I would avoid this overpriced after care facility
I was very pleased with the care I received last Saturday. I was taken in immediately and had several people taking care of me. They were very thorough with testing. They gave me CDs of my X-ray and ct scan. it was a very good experience.
