A trip to the ER is never exactly a great experience, or so I thought—until I visited UCHealth. The doctors and nurses truly made me feel seen and heard. They were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about my well-being. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone in the area or anyone visiting, like us! We packed a whole bag of snacks, chargers, and a blanket because I anticipated a long wait in the cold. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case. I was treated by a nurse named Jen at UC hospital in Greeley. She was horrible. Judgemental and rude. Do not get sick she will belittle you and make you feel like a bad person.
Those nurses could care less. That place sucks. Banner health is way better than uc health from my experience. UC health dont deserve any stars but I can’t post unless I put one star
I had a great experience during my visit. The staff was amazing from start to finish—efficient, attentive, and always on top of everything. Even with a full house, I never felt overlooked or rushed. The level of care and organization really stood out, and I’m very grateful for how smoothly everything was handled.
