I don't know if it's the same at all locations, but at the Anschutz Medical Center, you are not only billed by UCHealth, but by CU Medicine as well, which is ridiculous. You shouldn't have to pay twice just because you came in the building. On top of that, they lie when they say you are on a payment plan. Was told several times that all of my visits from 2019 were on a payment plan, yet they have gone to collections 3 TIMES! I’m now past 72 hours and still waiting for Covid results. Sick as can be and need answers so I guess I’ll go get a test somewhere else.

Renee, COVID test result times can range if there are increases in demand for testing. You will receive your results in your MyHealthConnection account. If you have still not received results after 1 week, please reach out to us at wehearyou@uchealth.org.
RecommendedI had a fatty tumor removed there may 4.. My doc and his team did great. Removed it all. All of the nursing staff was amazing. So I left a thank you note on my white board in the room for them. Verry much recommend this hospital. I do hope that they get to see this. They helped keep me sain while my wife couldn't visit because of the virus.
Has been the best place I have ever received care. I felt like I was a family member and not a patient.

UChealth has some of the best doctors in the country. The doctors are very educated, caring, always working hard to resolve all medical issues and if they can't will refer you to a doctor who can, will make sure everything you wanted or needed got done. i love how they are also a medical research hospital, which means you are asked if you want to volunteer for a study you are eligible for, plus most pay you and cover all medications.
