I had a terrible experience at UC Cherry Creek surgery. They were unable to place an IV, unwilling to offer a little lidocaine to ease the pain and absolutely unkind and unable to take accountability for any of it. They blamed me for their inability to provide even the most basic care. Dr. Brainard, Medical Director, was absolutely appalling in her (lack of) care. Per the doctor: they don't numb hands. After surgery with dr fitzgerald i can now say my surgery shoulder is stronger with less pain than my other shoulder. I have complete use of the repaired shoulder with no effects of my tenden repairs.
The staff here is awesome! I will be coming back to this location for any future procedures!

The staff and nurses at the outpatient surgical center were top notch and very professional. The nurses were outstanding and the care was excellent.
