Dr. Uchal did my gastric sleeve in august 2022 and I couldn’t be any happier! He’s got a great bedside manner and he explains everything well. I definitely recommend him!!

Dr. Uchal was called in to check me in the ER, related to an inflamed gallbladder. He was efficient & pleasant. Dr. Uchal also was very attentive to my other health issues, working carefully to be certain that these were stabilized before removing my gallbladder. I was very impressed with his care.
Dr. Uchal did my gastric sleeve surgery and did a phenomenal job! 1.5 years later and the surgical scars are non-existent. Recently I was in need of a general surgeon for a separate issue. He reviewed all necessary imaging results and then took on my surgery and, again, did a fantastic job. He and his staff are highly responsive, caring and helpful.
Dr. Uchal made me feel comfortable from the first visit. He has a great bedside mannor. He explains things, and makes sure you understand the procedures and everything that comes along with the surgeries. He listens to you and makes sure to ask if you have any questions for him to answer. Don't be afraid to talk to him or ask him anything. He wants his patients to succeed. Never doubted my symptoms and knew almost immediately what the problem was with my lap band.
The staff is always friendly and helpful whether you are calling or coming into the office. Dr. Uchal is very laid back and easy to talk to. He always answers your questions and make sure you under the process. He did my sleeve in 2015 and he just did my revision to bypass a few weeks ago. If you want a caring, precise doctor with a great sense of humor, Dr. Uchal is your guy.
I saw Dr Uchal to have my LapBand removed, and to create a gastric sleeve. I have nothing but the great things to say! From the front office personnel to checking you out, you are treated with smiling and friendly faces and respect. Dr Uchal is friendly and easy to talk with, my surgery when well, and I’m thoroughly happy with Dr Uchal and his expertise!
Dr.Uchal and his staff is awesome. Dr.Uchal has great bed side manners and my office visit was great. I would refer him to others.
