Provider Jennifer Samaan is VERY INTELLIGENT, very INFORMATIONAL.... I WANT HER TO BE MY PROVIDER & I WASNT EVEN THE ONE BEING SEEN. Med asst Josephine was so wonderful also. 5 star PLUS
Showed up 15-20 minutes after opening, all doors were locked. Receptionist let me in, asked me what was going on then dissapeared to the back and said "let me make sure the provider can see you today" (I was the only one there). They took my spo2 out in the lobby, took a pic and dissapeared again, asked for my insurance while I was filling out paperwork. Claimed they couldn't access my insurance (their website says they handle my insurance type) and claimed they couldn't see me. Didn't even offer if I wanted to pay out of po... read more
Went in with a stomach bug and was seen right away. Everyone on the staff was super friendly and they fixed all my problems
Don’t bother coming here. Apparently they only treat people with “cold symptoms” such as the sniffles, that’s according to the front of the house. IT IS NOT AN URGENT CARE.
