One of the best thing about UCE is, service they provide. Any issue reported to them is fixed within 24 hrs. Moreover, it is very near to the university. Also the community provides almost all the amenities. Highly recommend UCE for living.
So, since moving in this place last year it has not been great. Our first month was okay, but then the heat was a bit hard to deal with because the AC unit is only located in the living room and the air doesn't move well in your unit. Many nights were spent sleeping in the living room during heat spells. If you like flies though, the heat spells could be right up your alley! We have a local fly farm (as I like to call it) here on the grounds that is located at any of the dump...Continue Reading
Its good & quiet, very close to mihaylo hall, close enough for engineering & computer science building as well
