The manager is rude and will talk down to you, and if you complain about her to corporate she will illegally tow your vehicle. My apartment flooded twice and the manger tried to blame me and make me pay for it but once we called corporate she changed her mind and it took her a week to even come look at the flood and the carpet was soaking wet smelled awful, then said she would have it cleaned and won’t replace it, another call to corporate and they replaced the carpet. The best thing according to me in UCE is the outer space filled with bright green trees. It just makes a human being feel alive. Be it spring or fall or summer its always a good idea to chill out in the garden area.
