What a horrible experience....I was checked in for a 1;30 appointment, my name was never called. At 3 I went to the desk and politely inquired about when was I going to be seen. I was told that everyone was on break at 1:30, the appointment they gave me, and was told I could not be seen until 6 that evening. All I needed was a boot for a confirmed broken foot. I ended up leaving. Horrible experience, avoid this place if you can help it. Truly awful and unprofessional.
Went in for bloodwork for my 86 year old mother. She has had terrible experiences in the recent past and was so nervous to have this blood draw today. The phlebotomist (Tonya) was so wonderful, kind and sweet. We wanted everyone to know what am exceptional person with great interpersonal skills not to mention skill level she possesses. Highly recommend Tonya. Fantastic edition to ucsd.
The receptionist is extremely rude. If you don't want to work then I will say call it a day off because I don't know why you are expressing your negative feelings to patients. it was the receptionist for urgent care I don't know her name all i know is she had super long nails extensions. I came in hoping for a care but I get the receptionist attitude and negative vibes but everyone here was nice and polite but she still tend to be like that for all the other patients during the time I visited. Dr. Killeen was great. Had me get an X-ray even though I thought I didn't need one. And after I left he called to let me know he was sending a referral to the ER since the radiologist had reported a possible clot
