I've NEVER had an issue with UCSD Radiology, and as a leukemia patient I've had lots of imaging in Rancho Bernardo and La Jolla! Easy to make an appt, always treated very well, excellent staff, on time and more. If these complainers have a problem with UCSD, it's THEM and not the Radiology Department.
they stopped taking calls 30 mins before closing... they told me they would have a nurse reach out to me twice, and a nurse never called back. I was also provided with a list of the names and phone numbers for all physicians EXCEPT mine, and when i called, the lady refused to give me the number for my doctor. Horrible.
Terrible, you can't get a hold of them! I've been trying for weeks, they never answer the phone!
