Unable to get necessary paperwork handled within a timely fashion, which has disallowed me to receive medication on repeated occasions. There's a recent review that you'll see published approx. 1 month prior to my review --- it details the same struggle I've experienced. I've seen dr Miron here for the past ~2y just trying to manage the most run of the mill ADD and depression I've had my entire life - no diagnosis or major changes really. He's a great Dr and this review would be 5 stars if this was for his private practice or just him. But this is for the rest of the staff who schedule and send prior-authorizations out: they don't. The rudest/laziest/disorganized office staff I’ve encountered in years(Pamela). Refused to schedule an appointment without a referral ( my insurance doesn’t require one). Got the referral and they don’t have it. She states I need to have it sent again. Needed a custody form filled out. Inaccurate information given to me multiple times about how to get this form. Very detailed review, hopefully this helps anyone with my condition who may be seeking care. (ongoing issues with nearly 2 years of ongoing care. Feel free to give them a shot if you wish. I had 0 luck) This office and its residents are awful. I originally had a very kind and caring resident psychiatrist who was very helpful and supportive- in a therapeutic and personable manner.
