This is not patient centered medical facility. When I try to call the phone number, it typically goes to the eating disorder clinic automatically. It did this 4 times in a row last week. I also asked to change my in person appt to a video call because I am still immune compromised since my hospital visit. I was told that no, I would need to reschedule the entire appt. Bad at communication, could not get appointment. I set up an appointment for my spouse to go see one of their psychiatrists, they rescheduled her appointment four times. The first time they stated that the doctor was on leave. They then rescheduled for two weeks later. The second time they said that the doctor was not in for the day that they rescheduled for, and the same reason was given for the third time. I've been going to this facility for more than two years and have always received excellent service. Dr. Fry was the first Psychiatrist and he prescribed the correct medication which stabilized my condition. Dr. Fry graduated and I am now seeing Dr. Wolfe who is very attentive and caring. I look forward to going to see Dr. Wolfe and have just started sessions with Psychological Lindsey Lowe and I immediately felt comfortable speaking to Lindsey, which has not always been the case with previous Psychologists.
