I really like this location of UC San Diego for primary care. After a few years at another UCSD location and Perlman Clinic for primary care, I moved and transferred my care here. Dr.Brickl is a wonderful doctor and he is able to follow me as a patient. He is very intelligent, kind, and attentive. I could say the same for PA Corrine, as well as all over support staff I interact with at my visits (from front desk staff to medical staff who bring you back and get you started). Went in for an office visit supposedly covered by my health insurance according to them. Spent 15-20 minutes with the doctor for an annual checkup. Walked out and they told me my visit was 100% covered. A month later I get hit with a 500$ bill. This isn’t the first time in my life using health insurance so they’re billing people unethically. Avoid this clinic at all costs
