Drove 25 minutes to get care and the person in the front desk told me that I needed an appointment for all express care. I checked the website and it says no appointment needed to see a doctor.
We had the worst possible experience here. If you care about your family, avoid this place. The nurse is so incredibly rude and incompetent. I won’t elaborate on what happened to respect the privacy of my family member. I just hate that we chose this clinic to visit and it ruined our day and vacation.
Place is empty, we arrived 5mins late to appointment (and in pain), they could not take us in. Advised that we could wait an hour to see someone else didn’t show up. This is our healthcare system.
