I am a new patient here. I had an appointment scheduled for 8am, right at their opening hour. I was greeted and invited in before my appointment time. The receptionist validated my parking without me even asking - I was under the impression that i’d pay the parking fee. A nurse called me back to the exam room shortly and took a great deal of his time to correct the medical records my primary care clinic provided. Very incompetent staff, nurses are negligent. Doctors don't respect patients time, make you wait for 45 minutes for the scheduled appointment.
