I love Dr. BACK AND dr. Han⁶
The absolute worst. I wouldn't even send an enemy here for a Bandaid. I made appt w/ a specific necessary Dr. I had to wait over a month. They send in a different non-Dr who has not read my file. I have to teach her 7 yrs of my med history. She repeatedly says they'll send trtmnt options for the long-term via MyChart. Nurse insists, no follow up. (won't I need a follow up before my next period? nope) 1 wk later I have to beg for the promised MyChart msg w/ trtmnt options. They lie & say they never promised that. I finally ge... read more
