Pediatric staff are great here my boys don’t mind going to the doctors because of all the Nurses that make them feel safe
This clinic has the worst service. The nurses and doctors are rude. Seems like their only agenda is to push for vaccines. They are unlikely to call you back. They refuse to test my child for food allergies. I asked for a referral to CHOCs dermatologist for my child and they gave me a referral to one of their dermatologist’s in Santa Ana. Best believe I called back asap to change that. I may add that the only paediatrician that truly cares is Dr. Jessica Faraj. She’s the only one who is professional, caring, and respectful.
Rude staff. Specifically on this morning of 10/10/25. Unfortunately didn’t get the name of the male.
HAPPY AMERICA DOCTOR’S DAY 3/30/2025! I was in ER on 3/29/2025 with my high blood pressure and I was helped with immediate cares by Doctors and Nurses. I felt better and was discharged in the afternoon for my primary care provider follow up. I am grateful for UCI HEALTH service that count! Duyen Tran
