Terrible. I mean why do I expect more as a medi-cal patient? 🤦‍♀️ had X-rays done in May. Clinic doctor scheduled an over the phone follow-up appointment, not in person; to which she was late in calling me. Afterwards, no follow-up to the follow-up call. I contact my “assigned doctor” via messages on the app to get my results and no response 🤦‍♀️ what if my bones are broken and I’m still using it? SMH. But I wouldn’t know because the doctors aren’t doing their job. Why does this place exist when the services are terrible?

Warning!!! If you go here and have a safety emergency, SAPD 911 Calls treat the location as though they have on site UCI Police [Sworn Officers with POST Certifications “Law Enforcement Officers”] . But that ISN’T THE CASE!!!! The onsite “UCI POLICE PERSONNEL “ is the “Public Safety Responder” (PSR, which is a Security Guard) whom UCI Front Desk Staff treat also as a Law Enforcement Officer. It's a hit or miss here with the pediatricians. We have gone through about 4. . . . Can't remember our first Dr but then got switched to Dr Hidalgo. She was great atfirst but by the 2nd-3rd visit she seemed very agitated and losing her patience with my then 18month. She literally walked out because she said she couldnt handle my daughter. I switched to Davina and she was amazing! Also have been seen by Faraj and shes amazing also. Have been coming to this clinic for my past 3 pregnancies and with every appointment I remember why I hate coming here. Had an appointment today at 3:30pm. They ask you to be here 15min early to get checked in. Came in at 3……. Got called by the nurse at 4pm. Got vitals checked get assigned a room. It is now 4:30 and still no doctor. That is an hour past my SCHEDULED time. Mind you they close at 5. I have stuff to do as well so I get up and leave.
