Timely, helpful and overall the best!
My visits to UCI Pain Management have been nothing short of two of the worst medical experiences I’ve encountered. If you’re looking for attentive, compassionate, well-orchestrated and personalized care this is definitely not your place. I went there in significant pain and after suffering through one procedure, my pain increased dramatically. Dr. Johnston performed surgery to replace my right shoulder. I had been living with such pain for so many years. From our first meeting, Dr. Johnston showed genuine concern and listened to my complicated history. I believe he went over and above with his team to show me that I would be taken care of. My experience with the home health provider and physical therapist that the insurance covered was very troublesome. Staff are nice but waiting time is really bad. Every time there is a long waiting time that exceeds 30-50 minutes of scheduled appointments. I told them that I had another appointment after but didn’t matter to them. Still waited over 40 months. Very frustrating
